Well feeling pretty much like crap today. I suffer from PCOS and it has hit hard again this month. So sharb stabbing pains, sweats and queasiness that just wont go away. The rest of the week hasnt been too bad, but I'm getting to stressed. So life questions this week: how do I combat stress and how do I get my ass into gear and go lowcarb to keep the PCOS monster at bay??? So, so far for stress, I read. Lots and lots of reading. I'm close to failing uni, but at least I have been reading lots!! But im going to have to find some other ways too that dont include throwing away my husband. He is my buggest cause of stress. Either because of his moodiness, over reaction to the smallest thing, or being a butthead. So yeah i know he wont fix stuff, so I need to. With the lowcarb thing, I'm really not too sure. Whether i go full on into it or slowly ease into it. I know it balances out hormones, and it worked for me before, so yep i just have to get in there.
