Getting into the groove

So the main new years reso was to lose weight and get fit, well we are getting there. Mr D is already looking smaller and nearly 5k lighter. He has been consistantly doing 40mjns on the treadmill each night and did his first jog tonite 4x 1min jogs. Im so proud, he'll be fit as in no time!! Well I did 35mins tonite, so good for my dodgy feet, and another 15 on the wii. If I can keep this up, by xmas I should be close to beach going. Well in boardies anyway. Maybe next year I might have a chance at a bikini. I'm expecting slow weight loss due to PCOS, so just focusing on fitness. I want to run 10km
