Its my birthday :)

Today has been the greatest! Ive never really gotten much or celebrated my bday due to it being so close to the holidays, but this year has been different. I had a bit of a blubber last night with hubby as i didnt have a present to open today and knew that except for a cake, we couldnt really afford to do anything. But i pulled my shit together, and my lovely hubby kept me awake till midnight to wish me happy birthday :)
So anyway i got to work today (i work with my family) and my folks and sister worked together to make my day pretty special. I got given a few little presents and my sister went overboard and bought some beads for my new pandora bracelet.... I even got bday cards. I know this sounds silly to most, but those born around xmas to low income families will understand. My hubby is even taking me out to dinner! So im extremely excited and super super grateful for all of the effort today. And look forward to being 27 and hopefully a lil more wiser.
